One of my freind who is currently working in India has Bussiness visa valid for 10 yrs. He needs to come to US for company work. Another company has filed for h1 and assuming it will be approved , can he still come on b1. How will his entry to usa effect h1b. Can he go back on b1 and then get h1 stamped in india.
