Hello,
I would appreciate your input on the following situation:
I filed 485/EAD/AP in Feb 2003. Got EAD and AP approvals in April 2003. My division relocated, so currently working on EAD. Had to travel overseas on business in Dec 2003. Applied for EAD/AP extension before leaving. Am currently overseas and looks like I need to be here till April 2004. Planning on coming back to US on my current AP once I know the extension has been approved, pick up the approval and come back here again. When I'm done here, planning to re-enter the US with the new AP.
Do you see any problems with this, i.e., using the renewed AP to come back at the end of this business trip - because I will be out of the country when the extension is approved?
