Travelling on B2 when sponsoror is out of US

My husband sponsored tourist visa for my parents.Now he has gone back to India and I am still working here on H1.
My parents have 10 year multiple entry visa.Can they travel to the US although my husband has left US.Will there be any issues at the Port of Entry?Are they legally allowed to come to the US even when the sponsoror is out of the country?

Please advise.

B-2 visas are self-sponsored. Your husband probably sent an I-134. That really means nothing as far using the B-2 is concerned. Your parents can use their B-2 visas regardles of whether your husband, or you for that matter, are in the US!!!
