Travelling on B1/b2 visa

i hold an non american Passport and in England now on workpermit. i hold a b1/b2 visa through my present company.intend on visiting US for 5 days for personal vacation . Will i be able to travel on b1/b2? what the papers i might need to take along for travel? i also have an h1b visa through a different company which i have not used yet. if i travel using my B1/b2 visa , will it affct my h1b visa
