Guys,

Could two days earlier entry of on AP expiry date create any problem at POE ?

AP expires 13th dec and we will be back on 11th dec.... we didn't apply for extension....Is it create any tough procedure at POE ?

Aalso heard it is 3/10 years bar applicable if we enter on AP incase we have out of status > 180 days....

Is there anyway at POE the people knows about our bench period..... like one month or couple of months.... Is this comes under Out of status ?

Why should there be a problem on Dec 11 if your AP expires on Dec 13.

Suggestion- Apply for new AP before departing US.

I heard they issue I-94 until AP valids.... so in this case I will have only two days left....any questions from IO at POE regarding this ?

I knew AOS gives me authorization to stay here....still in dilemma....

The new I-94 will have validity date of AP expiry date + 3 months or sometimes they issue new I-94 for one year dude.

I have always got I-94 validity one year from the date of entry irrespective of AP validity date.
The date on I-94 is meaningless since you are authorized to stay here when your AOS is pending.
