dear friends , excuse my frequent questions about this subject but i really couldnt find a claer answer until now

AFter somone gets the green card IF he achive the physical prescence (30 months) but take multiple long trips of less than 6 months (3-4 )

woud this affect the citizenship later and the person will continue to have GC as long as he is coming and going each 6 months??

or

or it will affect the resident status meaning they may take your green card from you and lose your resiedency??

NB the GC is through refugee programe

It could go either way. It depends on the officer at the entry / inspection point. If the officer ignores it, he ignores it. If he does not, he can ask the person to make a notation and ask the person to see an immigration judge before traveling next time. The judge can decide to revoke the GC. It is a distinct possibility of losing the GC ... although a lot depends on a person's ability to explain, the officer's attitude, the officer's ability to see a pattern of trips.

thanks alot sanjosea for your answer , I bet all of us will stay in the satates if there circumstances and financial situation let us becoz all of us dreamed of being american

but altleast now i know even if i go on with my plan i will still have hope . for me i believed that just the officer c more than one trips of 6 months out state he will take my green card and deport me !!! thats the picture i imagined

but i guess if it involve a judge then i can even appeal or arrange things not to lose it or make just simply stay in states and make a re-entry??? right??

i know i'm not that optimistic person but its good to know the road befoer going through it

thanks again friend
