Hello
I am working on my OPT and that expires on Oct 9th 2005. I have applied for my H1 in the April quota and have given the start date as Oct 1st 2005. I will be travelling out of the country on business in may and wanted to know if entering US will be a problem during the transition from F1 to H1 even if I am on valid OPT status. Please do let me know.
