I am currently working with a consulting company A. I have got a job with another company B(Fortune 500) and I have started working with them from March 5. My H1B Visa Transfer was applied on March 2. I am traveling out of the country on May 9. Is it legal to travel during a H1B transfer..? What kind of questions can I expect at the Port of Entry ?
Should I show them the I-797 of Company A at this time at the POE..? Can I explain the immigration officer that I am working for company B and show them the offer letter..?
I would appreciate if you someone can share their experience or let me know the answers.
