I have, with my lawyer, put together the i485 package for SC. Firstly, is it true that no local INS offices do AS applications any more, they have to go wherever the i-140 was originally filed. Secondly, if its mailed next week to SC, and I travel to my home country for the following two weeks, will there be a problem with me returning. A# as visa #.
I have a H1 I visa so PA is not needed.
