Travelling and EAD/AP

Hi,

Could somebody help me on this?

My I-485, EAD, AP is pending. Can I travel on Valid H1B status outside U.S.? What happens if the EAD/AP is approved before I come back?

From the description in immihelp.com, it seems that I can travel as long asd I do not start working and fill up a I-9 form using that EAD.

Any help would be graetly appreciated.

---- Nothing happens, you will be on H1 status if you want to use EAD can use EAD but if I-140 is not approved better maintain H1 status
