Travelling after visa transfer

All H1B visa holders who have travelled after transferring to a new employer: I have a question. Pls reply if you can guide me. If I have a valid stamped visa on my passport which expires Apr 30, 2009 with my previous employer and I need to travel after my visa transfer to a new company, do (a) I need to get the visa stamped again or (b) Can I enter with my old visa stamp and new approval notice, new employment letter and recent paystubs. Pls reply ASAP so that I can take necessary action as I need to travel abroad on business.
 
Thanks GOTPR. THis would be true for all work visa holders, I presume. I am an O1 visa holder. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Anyone with similar experience pls post.
 
I know that this works for both F1 and H1B but I'm not sure about O visa.

Simple: talk to the attorney who got your new visa and that should settle it.

Also you could try getting in direct touch with the USCIS about this.
