will there be any problem if we travel after stamping without having the actual greencard?

No problem. The stamp is considered as an equivalent of the actual card.

I too plan to travel

I asked a recent traveller who was in the same situation. He has recently got a green card stamp in his passport and has not received the physical card yet.

He landed at Los angeles airport.
He was asked to go to counter no 1 where the officer punched in his details in the computer and asked him two questions

what is your father\'s name
what is your date of birth

It seems that the officer punched the A number and checked the passport number and name in the passport against what came up on the screen and asked him two questions. That\'s it.

I plan to travel in the month of july and return in the first week of august.
