Travelling abroad with new Green Card

I will be travelling with my recently recieved green card abroad for the first time, next week. Can somebody please tell me that do I need to give my previous I94 paper came with my 7th year H1 extension ?? or it is no longer required as I have green card now ?
I would appreciate quick reply
