traveling with warrant for arrest

hi guys I am a permanent resident alien in Texas and I will be traveling to Mexico, but I just found out I have three pending traffic tickets that i was making payments but couldn't pay the rest this resulted in a warrant for my arrest, I will be traveling by bus and Ia m allittle scare because a lot of things are going on with the laws here in dallas as far as getting arrested and ins puts a hold on you etc..
Can anybody advise me?

Why don't u go get ur tickets paid off before u travel?????

good question,,,, I don't have enough money to cover them, I need to travel because of an emergency issue.
