Guys:

Got stamped(not yet received the card). Traveling international.

My question is,

Due to this bad weather, flights can be cancelled and transits can be changed.
Do I need transit visa?
Does this immigration officers in other country know that the stamping equals to Greencard?

Please share your thoughts and experience.

Thanks

Airlines in general are responsible for checking your documents. Not all of airline employees are aware of 551 stamp, you might have to convince people. Speaking of border patrol in an unnamed country, are you seriously asking the question? Without knowing the country, who can tell. In some places these people can care less where you are travelling and how you are planning to get there.

A question of a transit visa to an unnamed country on an unplanned jet layover in an unnamed continent for a citizen of an undetermined country? Hmm, pretty hard to answer, especially since most likely they would not let people out of the plane anyway.
