traveling with AP , additional documents?

what other documents should i take with me? this is the 1st time I travel using AP.

-Documents should I bring besides the AP?

-Is is true they send AP to a waiting room?

-I was arrested once but the charges were dropped, should I bring court records of that?

Please share any AP experience that you have as this is my first time using AP. I will be returning to the US through JFK in New York

------ passport, I-485 filing reciept, if you have EAD take it with you
-Is is true they send AP to a waiting room?
---- generaly they send you for secondary inspection where the officer looks in USCIS computer system if your AP was approved he just punches the A# and knows about your pending I-485 and valid AP

----Please ask your lawyer before you go out I dont know the reason of arrest

----- when you take flight from your home country, you have to show AP to airline counter before you take flight( make extra copy they may need it) once you reach at US airport show your passport and AP
