Traveling using AP and EAD

I need to travel on business using my AP. I currently have two different I-94 forms, one from last time I entered the country in F-1 status, and one from my H-1B approval notice. Which I-94 form(s) should I surrender when I leave? When I come back using my AP, which line should I stay in at the port of entry? The visa holder line or greencard holder and citizens line?

I'll also be going back to China after my business trip. My AP shows multiple entries. So I assume there will be no problem, right?

Seems like you did not leave the US for such a long time.
It does not hurt to surrender both of I94..
Your line to reenter is visa holder line.
