Traveling to the US weekly

I am an Indian citizen and have a job offer from the Canadian subsidiary of a large well known US software company. I will need to travel every week to the US - to the companies HQ - and spend at least 3 days per week there. I plan to do this on a b1\b2 visa.
Is this feasible.. are there likely to be any issues.. and how do you recommend i proceed?

thanks!

3 days per week, every week? Yes there is potential for ICE giving you a hard time after a few weeks have gone by.

Thanks for the reply!
Since I am a new hire there is still some doubt about my ability to work remotely being based in canada ..

So if 3 days a week is a problem.. what can I promise the company without facing problems? 2 days a week? a trip every alternate week?

I am meeting with my new team and boss soon to finalize this whole thing.. and it would be much smoother if i can tell them with confidence that i can travel to the US every week\every other week etc...

i really appreciate the help..
thanks!

You can't (and shouldn't) promise them anything. Unless you are a US citizen, you cannot guarantee your entry into the US, period. You can theoretically be denied entry into the US the very first time you attempt it. If the ICE officer even suspects you will be "working" in the US or "spending too much time", he/she can (and will) deny you entry.

So if 3 days a week is a problem.. what can I promise the company without facing problems? 2 days a week? a trip every alternate week?

Thanks again for the quick reply Triple Citizen,

I understand ofcouse that I cant promise anything with absolute certainty.
but is it that under no circumstances is regular (weekly\biweekly) travel to the US on a b1\b2 a possibility then?
Is there some documentation from the company that can make this possible?
I am only looking to go there regularly to attend and organize meetings, discussions etc and get to know these people face-to face..
After 6 months\1 year once the team and i get comfortable these trips will decline...

Thanks for your help - i really appreciate it!

You have changed your tune now. You initially wanted to know what you can promise. Now you want to know if weekly travel is possible. Yes it is possible. You also run the risk of ICE catching up on your travel pattern and questioning you on it. Remarkable difference in what is possible and what you can (or cannot) guarantee.
