Traveling to India with AP pending.

Greetings,
I am back,
I applied for 485, AP and EAD FP .
I got the notice for all of them,
I have one small concern next month I am going to India and will be back in First week of Dec. I don\'t know wheather I get my AP or Not. What happens if a person enters the US without AP or AP pending.
Do I need to disclose when re-entering US about my I-485 ? (I have H1 valid till 2003)
Also what other documents are required .

According to my lawyer, you\'ll need to carry your I-485 receipt

And show it to the INS agent with your H1B visa and other H1B documents.

And my travel to India is SURE.

Please note that once your AOS is filed, you will abandon that application by
traveling abroad (this includes travel to Canada and Mexico) unless you present
one of the following types of documentation to the INS officer at the port of
entry upon your return:

(1) valid advance parole documents, -or-
(2) a valid H or L visa and the AOS receipt notice.
