Traveling outside USA during EAD and AP applied...

Hi Folks,

I have applied for EAD and AP for me and my wife. But we would like to travel outside USA, we both
have valid H1 and H4 stamping, and received the I-485 receipt notice copies.

Is it okay to travel during EAD and AP application pending when we have valid H1 and H4.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and advice.

If the AP is approved... Can I still go, not showing the AP but just show valid H1 and Receipt I-485 and
come back to USA.

If you or your wife has not used EAD to work, there is no need to show EAD/AP to INS. You can still be on H1/H4 status
