Hi dear all,

I would have a question if somebody can help me....or somebody who went through this kind of situation...here is my situation:

.....if your I-485 is pending, you don't have advance parole(as I don't have time to wait for it till it get approved, as I need to travel to my country for my brother's wedding)....and I have a valid H1b and visa stamp till oct 2007( I want to go home in July, 2007, and come back in august, 2007)....and recently I got my H1b extension approved......now my question is.......CAN I TRAVEL OUTSIDE U.S while I-485 is pending, without having advance parole, with valid H1b visa and visa stamp?

.....and another question: when you have to do the fingerprints.....exactly when you file for I-485?...how much it takes for the 2 fingerprints?

Thank you in advance

If you're maintaining H-1 status by remaining with the employer, sure.

No, you do the fingerprints when USCIS asks you to.
