Traveling on RTD/RP and Taxes

I just realized that on the back of the travel document there is a requirement to obtain some sort of certificate from IRS that one paid his/her taxes prior to departure?!

I have traveled on Travel Document but never got any form from IRS?

Anyone ever asked for this paperwork by IO?
 
I know what you are talking about and despite of knowing I have never carried IRS papers. I doubt if anyone at border knows about this.

No you dont need to worry about it. As an asylee, I used to carry my tax returns when I traveled just in case if I lost my RTD thats why.
