I have to leave on a buisness trip, during a time when my current AP will expire.
I have a pending AP renewal which has not yet been aprooved. I have a valid L1 visa which has not yet expired. I am still working for the current L1 employer. I last entered the US using my current AP. I have not used my EAD.
Can I leave and re-enter the US using my L1?
