Traveling Back to USA

Hi,
My wife and I both are USA and Pakistani citizens. We recently got married. My wife is living in Pakistan for last 13 years and hasn't traveled to US during this period. At the moment she don't have Pakistani Passport or NICOP but she has Pakistani NIC. My question is can she travel to USA with US passport and NIC? Or does she need NICOP for that? What are the expected problems for this long over stay?

There are no problems with the U.S. side. But as for leaving Pakistan I don't know.

Traveling to the US should not be an issue however if you want to go back to Pakistan then you will need the Pakistani Passport or the NICOP. In the absence of the latter, you can try applying for the Pakistani visit visa alternatively should the need arise.
