Traveling abroad during Adjustment

For those who obtained an Advance Parole (travel document), could you please check if you document has the following wording?

The text on the remark field of my Advance Parole document says:

"The holder departed the U.S. temporarily for URGENT HUMANITARIAN REASONS and intends to return to the U.S. to resume processing of the adjustment of status application. Contingent upon his or her prima facie eligibility, the holder of this document shall be paroled into the U.S. for a period necessary to complete the processing of the adjustment"

What does it mean? Is TOURISM considered "urgent humanitarian reasons" ?
I assume once you get the Advance Parole you can come and go as you want/need as long as the validity is not expired.

Please share your experiences on returning to the U.S. using an Advance Parole document.

AP based on employment -485...

does not have this remark. Talks about authorization permitting the resumption of AOS upon return. It is an old AP.
Maybe yours was a temporary AP or family based AP.
Visiting an ailing friend or attending Queen Mum\'s funeral is also "humaniterrean":)
that word leaves room for spin. If you dont take that vacation you might go mad (or your spouse might divorce you). How is that for an urgent humaniterrean reason:))
IMHo, you need to relax.
