sir,
what if i apply for a travel tour in US does it affect my petition? what are the requirements documents to prepare.
waiting for your immediate reply sir. thanks again.

I don't quite understand your question...you can apply for a travel tour (or go to a travel agency for that matter) but that has nothing to do with immigration, what should matters to you is that if you are in AOS you MUST obtain an Advance Parole or Travel Document (form I-131) BEFORE leaving the US. But if the tour is within the US then there is no problem, you don't need the AP (advance parole)...only be careful that there are issues when the places are outside the continental US like Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc.

sir,
i'm here in the Philippines, but my husband is in hawaii he is a permanent resident there. and he already filed a petition for me. i already inquire in your office before about how many years do i have to wait for my petition and you answered that i have to wait for 7 years bec. 1999 is in process at this moment. my husband is not a US citizen and he stayed in hawaii for more than 36 years from now. so i am asking if i plan to have a travel tour in the US does it affect my petition or not.

and sir may i ask this question. my husband is a not educated person, but he knows how to sign his name. is there any help for him if incase he want to be US citizen, he is now 73 years old and he is afraid for the interview if incase he will apply for a citizenship in the US because he can't speak english and he can't understand english. is there any help for him to have an interpreter so that he can understand what the interviewer is talking about or asking.

i hope sir you can help me for this matter. waiting for your immediate reply.
