Hi: I am preparing travel during Christmas day. I am in TN status now. My company has filed the L1 application for me to change my status to L1. My question is: Can I travel (during Christmas) with TN while my L1 application is pending? I heart that during status change time, people are not allowed to travel to other countries, otherwise the new visa may become invalid, is it true for my case? I am appreciate the advise you may give me.
