Currently there have been issues at the port of entry with people , especially H1B, returning back from home.
-----------That is not true. Someone else also posted the info that he read many H1 are facing problem at POE. When asked where he did read and what was the situation of H1 holder who faced problem then he did not post anything. Those who have just H1 visa stamp and came to US and employer never paid to them and went out may be facing problems due to employer not paying and they not maintaining H1 status.Make us aware what problems are being faced by H1 holder when enter US.
I intend to travel to India on an AP and was wondering if any one has faced any issues at the port of entry,
---------------------to go to India you dont need AP. AP is for taking a flight to US and to enter US on AP. (keep the copy of I-485 filing reciept with you and show only if asked)
