Travel --- What to do..

H1 valid until Feb 2001. EAD got 7 months back, so 5 more months for it to expire. I have AP ready. Do I travel using my H1 or AP.

you can travel on H1b as long as you are not using EAD . b4 feb 2001
after it should be on AP

I heard that if your wife is using EAD (and hence AP), even if you are not using EAD, you have to use your AP..

You, please verify with your lawyer.
