Travel via FrankFut with PP Stamped.

I am from Bangladesh and what I want to know, if my passport is stamped and still waiting for the plastic, meanwhile traveling via FrankFut, do I need a transit visa?

I also want to know how long does it take to get the plastic? Many Thanks for your response!!!

Nowadays most of the people (not all) are getting their cards within 60 days after stamping date. In fact USCIS also advised to contact USCIS customer service if someone does not receive within 60 days. But there are people (hopefully few) who are still waiting or waited more than 60 days.
 
I travelled through FRA on a PP stamp w/o a Transit Visa a few months ago. You may want to check the website to see if they need a transit visa for a Bangladesh Passport - I have an Indian PP.
