Travel using OPT while my spouse is a GC holder

I would appreciate your answers for this.

My wife is a GC holder and we were married while I was in school with F-1 status. I currently use my OPT working in the U.S. And I need to travel outside the U.S for a few days. Will they not let me reentry because my wife has a green card? Will they ever find out in fact? We got married outside the U.S., but my school knows I am married. However, my status is single on my current I-20. I am really hurry to get this answered......I really appreciate any help.

If they (USCIs/ICE/BCP) are aware of your marriage, you may be questioned and perhaps refused entry.

Sorry, there are no answers that you'll like. If you leave you'll risk losing your current status. If you're going to travel anyway, all you can do is hope they won't know about your situation at the port of entry (some places like airports have more information at their fingertips than others like rural land borders with Canada or Mexico).
