Travel using AP.......Visa required???

Hi

I have a question

Travelling to India and returning using AP (I-485 pending, H1 visa expired, only H1 status) thru London or any european country

Do we need that country's transit visa or regular visa?

what happens if we don't have that country's visa?

Please advice me and also post any experience u have had

You MAY need that country's transit visa. I don’t know your flight info and check with particular consulate, for UK, Germany, France you may need transit visa. Normally if you enter with AP then you need transit visa because other countries don’t know much about AP
