Travel using AP,Calrifications please..

I got my AP/EAD recently. I have valid H1 but stamping in the passport already expired 6 months ago. I heard that if we travel (to India) via Germany/France/UK without valid stamping in the passport we need to get some sort of transit permit or whatever. Can anybody give more info on that or any web sites having this info.

I called Germany consulate(Atlanta) and searched in web but no useful info based for my situation. Travel agent gives different version or doesn't know about transit using AP.

Not sure what you are trying to get from this. Service center anything to do with travel?
