Travel to US during 1st April - 1st October

I have the chance with an employer for one h1b petition, Im not in US,
but I want enter to US for vacations with my B2-visa this year.

What if I enter to US before 1st apr and summit my documents with the i-94
and what if I remains out of US and summit my documents without an i-94.
Thanks for your advice.

I am not quiet sure what you are asking. You can visit the US while you have an H-1B in the works.
