Hi Experts,
I am silent observer of this forum and its a great forum for asylum issues. I know this topic was discussed many times earlier but I just wanted to get you guys opinion since "Fact Sheet" is out and i am planning to travel abroad.
My situation is like this, I got my green card and have a national passport. I have a valid NP never renewed my passport since i obtained my asylum status in usa. I have an extreme danger of returning back to my COP and can't dare to go back. I am visiting a third country and my family is flying to that third country to meet me since my family don't require any visa to visit that particular third country.
If I travel to that country using my Green Card+NP, Would there be any problem about the use of my NP at the POE when i come to USA?
Or, Should I use RTD only instead of NP? If I apply for RTD then how long it normally take? USCIS application says it take about three months and I want to visit befoe that.
Your advise will be highly appreciated.
