Travel to India while processing I140/I485

hi guys ,
My labor got approved recently , i am filing me & my wife's 140 /485 .
My prolblem is my wife's visa got expired in March & she got her new H4 extension . She is planning to go to Indai .

Can she get her H4 stamped in India while processing her GC here.What r the implications ?

Does she need AP to come back to US , as her 485 is under processing ?

As long as you don't use EAD to work, your wife can travel & come back on H4 after new visa stamping.
