Travel to india need clarification

Hi,

I got my EAD and AP but my I-140 is still pending can any one please tell me can i travel to india or not. I have my h1b but i haven't get it stamped.

I can send my EAD and AP to to my parents to get them stamped or not.

Is there any way i can find my I-140 info like lin no, date filed in Nebraska service center.

Please give me information.

---- what parents have to do with EAD or AP?? EAD is for your work and AP is for your Entry to US. what kind of stamping by parents??? parents have nothing to do with your EAD or AP

----- your company lawyer who filed I-140 and I-485 for you has recieved the reciepts of I-140 and I-485 ask him the I-140 and I-485 filing reciepts then note the LIN or EAC or WAC # from reciepts and check BCIS online status punching the LIN# or EAC#
