My I485 got approved recently and I have set up an appointment thro InfoPass for the 1st week of Jan. I understand they will stamp the GC on my passport. Can I travel out of the country after that or do I need to wait to get the plastic card?
You can travel with just the stamp. However, you may want to check Transit Visa requirements since some of them require it if you dont have the plastic card.
