Travel to Canada with PR Stamping

Hi,

Can I travel to canada with PR stamping or do I need to take canadian Visa as I don't have card in hand..

Can GC holders travel to Canada without Canadian Visa?
After 9/11, Candian PRs are not allowed to enter to US without visa.

My mother has GC. She travels very often to Canada. And she does not need to have any "Canadian Visa".

Relevant section appears to be in "Appendix A, Temporary Resident Visa Exemptions".

"persons lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence who are in possession of their alien registration card or can provide other evidence of permanent residence;"

so if your passport has been stamped - that presumably qualifies.
