Travel to Canada w/GC and Chinese passport

My uncle just recently came from China and was sponsored by his sister via the I-485 form, so he is planning on becoming a permanent resident. He wants to go to Canada for a week (flying from Boston), so is just having his Chinese passport and greencard good enough?

---YES, Green Card holder or Permanent resident cardholder of US can visit Canada and don’t need Visa from Canada consulate to visit Canada
