There are no travel restrictions. You're free to travel, but make sure to keep an eye on your continuous residence/physical presence requirements.
 
That is true what Vorpal said. Feel free to roam as you please just bare in mind that you are not away for to long of a period where you miss either your fingerprint schedule or your interview date.
