anyone who had this experience, please help. I spoke to one person. he said if you leave the country without giving back the white color i94 card attached to ur passport. you will be black listed and ur return using a advance paroll could be a problem.
please help.
Some say it should not be a problem. what do i need to do ?
please advice

* it may create problems

I read a post that in past one of the poster lost his I-94 and at the time of GC interview they asked for the I-94, he replied that he lost it then they asked if he reported it to police or have the copy of police report? The person had the police report copy and showed it and lawyer also submitted the affidavit that he had lost I-94 in past. The case was delayed for 9 months because of I-94 problem. If your wife does not have I-94 then how the USCIS know when she departed US? At the time of departure you have to surrender I-94. Do you have copy of I-94? If you have copy of I-94 go to nearest police station and report that I-94#XXXXXXXX has been lost. May be an affidavit that she lost original I-94 and copy of I-94 may be surrendered at airline counter. You should discuss with your lawyer and follow his advice
