Hello guys-
I'm a green card holder since April 2006. I received my green card thru asylum as a principal asylee. Now, I would like to travel for pleasure, but I don't have a valid passport anymore. I really don't want to renew my passport from my native country. To add-on, I heard that is not appropriate to do so.
Ok, there is my question: What kind of travel permit do I need?
I'm not sure if I have to apply for a re-entry permit, or a refugee travel document.
I heard that the travel permit is available for two years. What if I have to travel to a country that I didn't mention on the moment that I applied for the travel document?
Please clarify me on this matter.
Thank-you!
