Travel Question while on TN

Is it advisable to travel to Canada while a new company file a new application (TN application) on my behalf for a new job through USCIS, will there be an issue when I want to return while the new application is yet to be completed?
 
You may have to return to the border after the application is approved, becuase of having left.

Why not simply apply at the border on your return to US?
 
The application is already filed with USCIS and I can not stop the process. I know I will still have to come back when the process is completed but in the meantime, I was worried if my traveling back to Canada will be an issue when I want to return if the application is not completed yet.
 
As long as you have a current US status (what is your current status?), you will be fine. Otherwise you WILL need to petition at the border , which you can do even if you have sent an application to USCIS.
