My H1B approval is valid till Jan 15, 2005 (H1B visa stamp in my passport already expired). I have AOS (485) application pending with CSC. My AP is valid till Feb. 22nd, 2005 and have applied for extension of AP and also 7th year H1B visa extention recently.
I am planning to travel to India in Dec. 2004 and be back in US around last week of Jan. 2005.
Will such a close expiry date of AP (Feb. 22nd, 2005) cause any problem for me while entering US?
After entering the US on AP can be continue to work with my employer on my H1B as I have already applied for my H1-B extention?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
