To all Gurus,
What will happen if you travel outside the US while I-485, AP and EAD is pending? Last year after I filed my I-485, I went on an emergency leave due to family emergency and I had to go back to my country of origin. I returned here using my current H1-B since my AP is not yet approved at that time only to find out later that my AP was approved (received by mail). What will be the consequence of this with regards to the 485 pending case? Will my case be considered abandon? What are my options if that\'s the case? Any answers to this questions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
