I applied for 140, 1485, ead, ap, H1 7th year ext, my wife and son applied h4 7th year ext, 1485, ead, ap.

For all of us EAD, AP are approved. Other petitions are pending and visa stamp in our passports are expired.

1. My self wanted to be on H1 till 140 approved. Can my wife and son use AP for travel . as they need to go to india.

2. If one 1. is possible. Say for some reason 140 got denied while they are in India, So EAD and AP , 1485 will also get denied. But i got H4 7th year approved. Can i mail this H4 to India and can they get stamp at India and re enter usa.


3. Give your best option to travel, seeing my case.

4. Suppose H1, H4 , EAD, AP is pproved but 140 is pending. Can my family use H4 and AP for travel. Visa is not stamped in passport. When they enter can they just show H4 extension and get 194 on basis of H4. So that they are still on H4.

---------- if they want to enter on H4 they need to get H4 visa stamped in passport and then enter
