My situation is as follows:
I am currently a masters degree student who will graduate on 15-May-2005. I hold a F1 Visa Valid till 2008. Further I also applied and have recieved my OPT EAD which is valid from Jul 2005 to Jul 2006. I need to start working for my employer from 15-Aug-2005.
My employer has agreed to and will file for a H1B visa valid from 1-Oct-2005. He will file by 16-May-2005 and expects to recieve the approval before 30-May-2005 (Premium Processing)
I would like to travel to India and back in the time period after my H1B approval but before my start date (Jun-Aug).
Will I face any problems on re-entering on my F1 Visa and Opt ?
Any advice will be appreciated.
