Travel on New passport - stamping Question

Hello all,
I have a new passport (old one expired and still with me) and I have to travel outside US, In such case

Do I need to go for Visa stamping again (new passport, recd in march doesnt have stamp, but expired passport has one. my visa is valid till Nov.

--------------- if expired passport has valid visa you dont need visa stamp in new passport. Keep Both the passports stapled and show at POE
