Travel on I140 and H1B1

Hello, my I140 just got approved last week. I am currently on my H1B Visa in the 5th year.

Need to travel to Australia for Business purposes, but here is the situation.

I-140 Approval: 06/01/2007
H1B Expires: 07/14/2007

Travel Dates: 06/18/2007 - 07/01/2007

Havent filed for the I-485 yet.

Does this make returning back to the US questionable since the H1B expires in about 15 days after coming back.

Havent started the process for filing the H1B Yet for the renewal (6th Year).

As far as I know there shouldn't be any problem.

You got your 1-140, you can get your H-1B extended for 3 more years. Why didn't you extend h1b all this while.
You can do a premium processing on extention and when you get papers, use those papers with your Visa to get back into USA.
